The driver of a tractor-trailer and a passenger suffered minor injuries after the semi rolled over on Interstate 80 in Mercer County. The accident happened just before 7 a.m. Friday in the westbound lanes of I-80, near Route 19 in Lackawannock Township. Traffic was tied up on the interstate for over two hours. At one point, the westbound lanes were closed so the tractor could be towed away. As of 9 a.m., all lanes have reopened, according to Pennsylvania State Police. While the driver and passenger suffered minor injuries, dispatchers say the two were able to walk around in the area of the crash.
