MSP closed one lane over I-75, but MDOT determined that the Warren bridge was fine and the lane has been reopened to traffic. As of 5 p.m., southbound I-75 from I-94 to Warren has only the shoulder open. Cross said thousands of drivers are backed up. “South 75 ramps are closed right now and thousands are being detoured,” she said.
