All lanes of westbound Interstate 90 are closed at Ellensburg after a semi-truck crashed near Cle Elum. The crash happened shortly before 6 a.m. Tuesday. Washington State Patrol Trooper Brian Moore said it was snowing hard at the time of the injury crash and that multiple sections of the guardrail were damaged. The lanes will be closed for at least several hours, Moore said.
